Well, I'm back home.
I'm confused, exhausted, jetlagged and slightly depressed.
Everyone keeps asking "well, was it worth it?"
Yes it was worth it. I will be revisiting the subject soon because I've got quite a few nuggets to share. I just don't know what shape or form they take yet.

I went back to my exercise programme if you can call it that and am now drinking copious amounts of water. I feel better, but not 100% back to normal yet.
The time issues seem to have aligned themselves almost.
