I was sitting up late on Friday night and came across our new Danish version of VH-1 and they were doing a Friday night party mix. Included was a lot of old classic songs.
I'm dedicating these next 5 days to some of the gems of the past. Are they forgotten?
I think not.
Rick Astleys Never Gonna Give You Up is fabulous. I had almost forgotten it, and as a pop up video it's even better!
Luv Rick Astley! I actually thought he was black til I saw the music videos! We used to copy his dance moves and called them the Rick Astley at grade school dances!

Rick Astley grew the biggest quiff in the UK - That's what his MTV award is for. It's so big now that he can't support it's weight and he has to be wheeled around on a cart!

ReplyDeleteAll I can think of when I see Rick Astley is the Family Guy/Back to the Future parody where his cousin "Marvin Astley" calls him to tell him about the generic sound he's just heard.
